Get ready to start on an exciting virtual journey with us! This program is designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of different roles and potential career pathways within Amazon whilst also helping you build employability skills.
This is a great way to discover some of the many exceptional STEM careers, including in Digital, Computer Science and Operations & Engineering. This is a full package where you will:
- Gain insights from Amazon, including from experts through class chats just for this experience.
- Complete scenario-based activities on various career pathways.
- Develop essential employability skills, such as CV building and LinkedIn profile creation.
- Earn a Certificate of Completion, an additional add-on value for your UCAS personal statement application.
What do students need to know before signing up?
Future Careers Experience can be accessed at any time and at your own pace. It includes activities related to the various career pathways and CV building. Teachers can support you by having access to your progress using this form.
For the live events within the experience, they will be happening in late June and early July and will be readily accessible to everyone afterward.
All you need is internet access, a computer or laptop with a speaker.
The experience delivers over 7 hours of in-depth content.
Future Careers Experience is free and open to all students. They are designed for secondary school students of the age range of 14-18.
Students can access it independently or with support of a teacher.

The Future Careers Experience is a program designed to provide secondary school students (ages 14- 18) in the UK with an understanding of different roles within Amazon, potential career pathways and relevant skills.

The program is designed for students between the ages of 14 and 18.
What are the aims of this experience?
This is a chance to provide students with an opportunity to learn about different pathways including apprenticeships within digital careers, operations & engineering and computer science. Additionally, it supports students’ employability skills such as CV building and interview preparation.
How are Amazon employees involved?
Amazon employees provide insights and participate in live events which will be available to re-watch by students once concluded.
What software is required?
The experience is browser-based. It requires no installations or downloads, and you will be able to access it through one simple link once signed up.
What happens if I can't attend a live event?
All live talks will be available as recordings. You can access these using the same link within the experience. If anyone misses the live webinar, a recording will be available soon after.
